WARMING AYURVEDA KALE RECIPE

    INGREDIENTS 1 small bunch kale, washed and finely chopped 1 small onion, diced 4 cloves garlic, minced 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, minced 2 Tbsp pine nuts 1 cup basmati rice cooked 2 Tbsp each toasted sesame oil & tamari (soy sauce) 1 tsp Himalayan salt 1/2 tsp maple syrup or honey 1 tbsp hemp seeds 1/2 lemon squeezed fresh pepper to taste   METHOD Put a large pot of water to boil. Add a some salt, and rice. Cook until tender (check it, may take 10 to 20 minutes). Drain and rinse in hot water to remove excess starch and set aside.   While rice is cooking, heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan. Add the onions and sauté until soft.
