Food Combining

I recently learnt from my recent catch up with my friend Paul Harper who is a cancer coach, nutritionist and naturopath (www.yourcancercoach.com)  how  the way we combine our food is the secret to super charging our digestion.    It’s not just what we eat, but what we eat it with that either supports or can sabotage our digestion and health goals. Long appreciated by eastern cultures, the art of food combining has been lost in our western dietary habits.    Our meal – the chemistry experiment Fundamentally, foods are chemicals and their digestion can be compared to our high school science experiments – various combinations produce reactions ranging from inert to explosive. Health Benefits of Bikram Yoga

I was going through a break up and my ex was a massage therapist so I no longer had free massages on a regular basis whenever I injured myself which was often! I was struggling with the death of my father as well as the loss of my boyfriend since it happened in a space of less than a year as these two men played a major role in my life.   Initially, I was hesitant to do Bikram yoga as I...
