Beating Cravings

    Happy New Year Everyone! :)    Many of us struggle with food cravings and during my recent catch up with my friend Paul Harper who is a cancer coach, nutritionist and naturopath (www.yourcancercoach.com) , he shared with me what some of these cravings meant and how we can combat them.     During the shift towards a healthier diet the body transitions through a period where it craves familiar foods.
