Black Sesame Soup Recipe

    Makes: 4-6 Servings | Prep Time: 60 Minutes | Cook Time: 30 Minutes   Ingredients: 1 cup long grain rice 1 cup black sesame seeds 7 cups water 6 ounces Chinese rock sugar (or 1 cup granulated sugar) Additional boiling water, as needed   Preparation: The key ingredient in this recipe is the Chinese rock sugar. It gives the soup a distinct sweetness and the sheen that you’ll recognize from the restaurant. The rock sugar comes in big crystal lumps, which makes it difficult to measure in cups.     This chocolate fudge cake is free of gluten and grains by making your own almond and nut milks: nut pulp.   Ingredients ¾ cup chocolate chips, or chocolate (170g) ½ cup coconut oil or butter ½ teaspoon sea salt ½ cup cocoa powder ¾ cup honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup almond pulp (other nut and seed pulps work well, too) 3 eggs, lightly beaten   Instructions Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celcius.
