1 carrot (cut or shredded)
1 packet of tofu (cut in squares)
1 cup of water
In a wok, add a bit of oil and start cooking the tofu
Once it’s cooked, add broccoli, cauliflower, carrot and 1 cup of water
You can put the lid on the wok to let it steam for a few minutes
Stir the vegetables until cooked
